HOW IT BEGAN - a note from the founder
Motherhood has been a journey of resilience for me, one that has deeply shaped my understanding of healthcare from the perspective of a client. When my newborn and I found ourselves in the Special Care Nursery, the world as I knew it, shifted. Coming home was just the beginning of a new chapter and it quickly became clear how vital timely, expert support was in helping us settle into this new life.
We were lucky to be surrounded by incredible allied health professionals. They weren’t just there to deliver therapy—they were there to listen, to guide and to truly care. They helped us feel seen and supported in a time that felt so uncertain. Their knowledge and compassion built a foundation of trust that made all the difference.

This experience stayed with me. It inspired me to create Zeal Healthcare — a service that’s built around the kind of care I received: personal, consistent and truly client-centred. At Zeal, we’re all about building real, meaningful relationships with the people we support. We want every client to feel heard, valued and confident that we’re with them every step of the way.
